Fire Emblem amiibo Figures Coming May 19
So Many amiibos, So Little Money.
Nintendo announced today that, in conjunction with the release of Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia basic version and Limited Edition version, it will release two new Fire Emblem amiibos which will bring exclusive features to the game. The amiibos are based on Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia's main characters Alm and Celica.
Using these amiibos in game will activate their own exclusive dungeons which will allow players to earn items and level up their armies by defeating bosses. Players will be also able to use the Alm and Celica amiibos in battle by sacrificing a portion Alm or Celica's health in order to summon a computer-operated illusory hero, which will become an ally for one turn.
Along with these two new amiibos, all the Fire Emblem Super Smash Bros. amiibos will be able to summon an illusory hero of their own, giving players the opportunity to get assistance from Marth, Ike, Roy, Robin, Lucinam and the upcoming Corrin amiibo.
The Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia amiibos will be released on May 19 only as a set pack for $24.99.
